Dietary Class

Each class will suggest ways to bring a person from eating a high meat intake to a lesser meat and more fruits & Vegetables. Will discuss the diffrences of Ovo-Lacto Vegetarian; Lacto-Vegetarian; Semi Vegetarian; Vegan, and RAVE Vegan. Insructor: Janora Hodges, M.Ed. with Julie Palko, RN as back up.

Dates: Saturdays - Mar 6, Apr 10, May 1, June 5
Time: 9 am -9:30 am
(Church available from 8:30 am -10:00 am.)
Cost: EACH time, bring either money or food to be
donated to the food bank.

Bible Readings

How much time does it to read from Genesis to Revelation?If you would read the Bible at standard pulpit speed (slow enough to be heard and understand), the reading time would be seventy one hours. If you would break it down into minutes and divide it into 365 days you could read the entire bible, cover to cover, in only twelve minutes a day. Is this really too much time to spend reading about God.
